This acrylic table with driftwood branches by Michael Dawkins is just magnificent. What a showstopper – can you image this is a minimalist style room? Absolutely the showpiece, no question. If your design tone is darker – there’s also his burnt wood trunk table and burnt wood branches table (below). All three are 11.75″ square and 17.75″ tall. The acrylic seems to magnify the detail of the wood. And such a juxtaposition – raw, natural branches, frozen forever inside crystal clear acrylic. The tables seem almost living – preserved for eternity. Mother Nature meets Father Time, in a pleasing aesthetic.
