Designed by Dario Gaudio and Vittorio for Falper, the Controstampo soaker tub takes its muse from the industrial aesthetic of using function to create form. And in this case that means the frame and support for the tub basin is the main feature on the Controstampo facade. The exposed framework is stunning and ponders the question, “Why is the frame so often hidden?”.
This stunning freestanding bathtub is made of a material called Cristalplant® Bio-based and is also available with a liquid Corten finish on its facade.
