This home remodel in Berlin by Itay Friedman Architects is an equilibrium of high-end furnishings, vintage elements, and empty walls.
Approaching the design as a “box in a box”, the designer strived to provide his client with everything he needed for living, working, and entertaining.

Each room in the house has its own character. The living room is presentable, almost business-like with its leather furniture set, industrial lamps, and an oversized painting. Kitchen and dining have that loft style the client always dreamed of, exposed brick and all. Bedroom is freely minimal, featuring a vintage element in the form of a secretaire desk.
There is an equally minimalist home bar that also acts as a door to a secret kitchen pantry. Light parquet floors soften up the urban masculine aesthetic, while numerous windows provide it with natural light and views of Kreuzberg greenery.
