Czech design firm OOOOX proves that you don’t have to own a former factory building to be able to live in a perfectly modernized industrial loft. Sure, it doesn’t have the same scale to it, and the windows are kinda small, but it doesn’t matter as much as the stylish decor does.
The smallish living unit has an open layout and plenty of daylight. Designed to accommodate owners’ every need, it looks positively minimal yet quite industrial.
One of its main design elements is the metal rod shelving that separates the kitchen and living zone. It’s not big enough to become a wall, but it is a cool divider that also allows display storage. It makes the white and grey interior more dynamic.
Interestingly, the kitchen island that supports it becomes a frame for the living room sofa. It does a great job of setting borders between all these different areas packed tightly into one modest room.
Finally, a wooden TV wall isn’t the only element to soften the apartment’s cold and industrial style. A part of the kitchen comes in matching wood as does the working desk that extends from the kitchen countertop.
