FormaFatal thought every little detail though in this loft design the firm completed this year in Prague. From a moon-printed coffee table to the kid’s room open closet, every design element is not only practical but captivating. Small-spaced this Prague loft could compete with any contemporary house. Its each and every area is increasingly functional and the entire apartment has a very defined aesthetic that flows from area to area.

Thanks to multiple wall-sized windows the small loft doesn’t feel cramped at all. And its occasional white walls help make it appear more spacious. But if there’s any interior design that can teach you a thing or two about space management it’s Loft Hřebenky.

The loft’s smallish living area is enhanced with beautiful artworks and a slew of creative coffee tables. Statement planters bring welcome bright accents to the mostly grey color scheme created by concrete and ash wood. Seating fits available space, but it’s divided into two zones, one more private and the other one more public.

To make the tiny kitchen feel spacious the designers opted out of top cabinets and went with transom-like windows instead. They did add a storage wall dividing the kitchen from living space and placed a dining table in between creating everything the residents need.

Other rooms in the loft are as full of character. Easel-supported artwork and a solar eclipse-like wall lamp decorate the bedroom. A huge mirror visually expands the tight bathroom that yet boasts a freestanding tub and a storage system. In the hallway a distressed wall complete with a crude metallic shelving creates a heavily industrial atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for the entire home.
